This position is part of the multi-channel marketing team, a big part, and will be the go-to person responsible for managing and executing large scale direct (mail) marketing programs.
This person needs to manage a production staff, vendors, budgets and processes, and really be the cog of the wheel that keeps campaigns and programs running smoothly. Compensation here depends on the experience someone brings to the table - it's outlined somewhat broadly in terms of years of experience, but is a Director / AVP level position. This position will manage a small internal staff, large budgets, a monster account with consumer, small biz, and co-brand programs running constantly at massive scale, and must be in downtown Boston.
