MARKETING PRODUCTION DIRECTOR (POSSIBLY VP) robin@mlbassociates,com

Our client services most of the major credit card and financial organizations, and specializes in offering data-driven marketing strategies / campaigns / programs to their clients.   This position is part of the multi-channel marketing team, a big part, and will be the go-to person responsible for managing and executing large scale direct (mail) marketing programs.

This person needs to manage a production staff, vendors, budgets and processes, and really be the cog of the wheel that keeps campaigns and programs running smoothly.   Compensation here depends on the experience someone brings to the table - it's outlined somewhat broadly in terms of years of experience, but is a Director / AVP level position.   This position will manage a small internal staff, large budgets, a monster account with consumer, small biz, and co-brand programs running constantly at massive scale, and must be in downtown Boston. 

DIGITAL MARKETING PM / OPS ROLE robin@mlbassociates.com

Our client services most of the major pharmaceutical and healthcare organization, and specializes in offering data-driven marketing strategies / campaigns / programs to their clients.   The position I mentioned to you is part of the multi-channel marketing team, a big part, and will be the go-to person offering strategies, some web analytics, and media recommendations across multiple product lines and brands.   

This person needs to manage and pull information from several capabilities within analytics and work closely with business owners, so needs to be on site (in the Bridgewater area of NJ).   Compensation here depends on the experience someone brings to the table - as you can see it's outlined somewhat broadly in terms of years of experience - thus the salary range is fairly broad too.   This is something I will talk through with potential candidates.   This is a high growth industry, and the services organization is expanding feom data and analytics into some more strategic offerings based on success on the former / baseline offerings.

We are looking for a head of research in the New York office who will build and lead a team of quantitative research professionals in the full cycle of market research, from primary data gathering to campaign analysis.  This person will create the methods and guidelines that shape the analytic functions of the business for a wide variety of commercial clients.

MULTI-CHANNEL MARKETING ANALYST marylou@mlbassociates.com  (remote - metro NY, Philly, N. NJ area for some travel) 

The analyst will leverage their analytical skillset in areas such as data mining, modeling, reporting and optimization to recommend data and analytical methodologies to address business problems.  Through true collaboration with client and partner teams, this professional will be capable of acquiring, massaging, cleansing and structuring data from multiple sources to deliver key analytics-based insights.  The successful candidate will have a Master’s degree in a quantitative field and be proficient in SAS, SQL, R, Microsoft Excel and Power Point, and have a background working with pharmaceutical data.
