Ultimate Goal: The ultimate objective of the role is to work with the VP, Loyalty to create acquisition, usage and loyalty behaviors which allow the business to achieve its financial goals. Company: Our client is the leading Hispanic media company in the United States. Their portfolio includes Television, Radio, and Interactive offerings. Description: Manager, Loyalty Program is a new position which will play an important role in: 1) developing and executing a loyalty program for customers, including compelling benefits, discounts, and rewards, 2) implementing and managing components of the program to maximize revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction, 3) assembling offers, discounts, and other benefits through partners and vendors, and 4) coordinating and project managing the activities of various internal and external parties to build and run the program. Responsibilities: • Play an important role in developing and executing a loyalty program, based on a thorough understanding of customers’ needs, the capabilities of media platforms and other assets, product economics, and organizational/operational feasibility • Implement and manage components of the program to optimize acquisition, revenues, profit, and customer satisfaction • Coordinate and project manage various internal and external parties to build and run the program, including the development of compelling offers, discounts, and other benefits • Manage distribution channel capabilities to cost-effectively acquire new customers, including web, phone, events, retail, etc • Conduct customer research and monitor competitive and industry activity to determine appropriate actions for the company.
Requirements:
• Talented loyalty professional with 3 to10 plus years of experience managing and developing loyalty programs, ideally with a profit center orientation • Skilled in implementing programs which have been designed, including the coordination and project management of various internal and external parties • Experience assembling offers, discounts, and other benefits through partners, vendors, and other external parties • Familiarity with customer research, product design, and marketing are pluses, as well as online and mobile channel experience • Self-starter who is flexible, can manage through ambiguity, and is comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment within a larger organization • Preference given to candidates who are fluent in Spanish and/or have intimate understanding of Hispanic consumers
